#2 – Complete online application

#3 – Application confirmation and review

Once your application has been submitted, our admission manager will schedule a phone interview then proceed to review your materials and contact you if there are any additional questions. You will hear back within 36 hours.

#4 – Program admission

If accepted into the program, you will receive an official email notification within 48-72 hours after submitting your application. At this stage, you will need to confirm your participation into the program by paying a $400 USD deposit to start the placement process. The payment can be done via international bank transfer or via credit card using PayPal. Once we have received your initial deposit, your internship is guaranteed. If we are not able to secure your internship, you will receive a $300 refund on your deposit.

# 5 – Internship placement process

Once we receive your deposit, you will be assigned a program advisor who will be your main point of contact during the entire process. We will liaise with you by email, skype or phone. The process takes a minimum of two weeks and can take up to six weeks or more depending on when we receive your application When we start the placement process, we will assess which host company and position fits your expectations. We usually are able to offer you 2 to 3 positions to choose from. We organise phone interviews with companies to make the process easier on both sides.

#6 – Internship confirmation

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies, you will receive an official letter/notification.

#7 – Program payment

Once you have officially accepted an internship that has been offered by one of our partner companies. We will require you to settle your program in order to start working on your visa application.

#8 – Pre-arrival formalities

We will work with you to ensure your visa is approved. Depending on the location, we will handle the visa or send you required documents so that the visa enables to to intern legally abroad. Once your visa has been granted by the immigration authorities, we will make the final arrangements and prepare your arrival (Cultural integration, airport pick-up, housing booking, first day of work).

#9 – Travel abroad and start your experience!

You are all set. Our team will pick you up at the airport upon arrival. We will take you to your housing and organize a formal orientation to get your familiar with your surroundings, meet our team and fellow participants.
